All times mentioned in this policy are in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), which applies to our order processing and cutoff times.

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping:
- Order Cutoff Time: All orders placed and confirmed by 3:00 PM EDT on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EDT, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is placed and confirmed.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-10 business days.
- Cost: $7.99.

- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays) may impact delivery.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and order total.
- Standard Shipping: $7.99
- Free Shipping: We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Geographic Restrictions: We only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or additional charges. Zentaura is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry by the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first to investigate. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at support@zentaura.shop within 7 business days of the stated delivery date. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package or arranging for a replacement.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage before opening it, and contact us immediately at support@zentaura.shop or +1 928-241-2357. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund.
6. International Shipping
Currently, Zentaura: Dress Your Presence does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
