1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items can’t be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Undergarments or hosiery (for hygiene reasons).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@zentaura.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You can also call us at +1 928-241-2357.
  2. Await Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please don’t send your item back without an RA number, as it may cause delays or rejection of your return.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal) within 5-7 business days (but can vary depending on PayPal’s processing times).
  • Rejection: If your return is rejected (e.g., item not in original condition, outside return window), we’ll notify you and explain the reason. The item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

Within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed damaged/defective items.
